Android E-Commerce App Development

This project involves building a full-featured e-commerce application for Android phones and tablets. The app must present a clean product catalogue, let users add items to a cart, process secure payments, and show real-time order status. A lightweight admin panel or API layer on the back end is expected so new products, prices and promotions can be managed without rebuilding the APK.
Core requirements
• Written natively in Kotlin or Java inside Android Studio
• Modern, responsive UI that follows Google Material guidelines
• Secure login/registration (email, Google or phone OTP)
• Search, filter and sort functions across the catalogue
• Persistent cart and wish-list synced to the user account
• Integrated payment gateway (Stripe, Midtrans or a gateway you suggest that supports credit card, VA and e-wallet)
• Order history with status updates and push notifications
• Basic analytics (Firebase) for crash and event tracking
• Codebase organised for future iOS expansion
Deliverables
1. Source code with clear README for build/run steps
2. Signed release and debug APKs
3. REST or GraphQL API documentation (if you handle the server side)
4. One-page hand-off guide covering credentials, third-party keys and deployment steps
Acceptance criteria
• App installs and runs without crashes on Android 8.0 and above
• All checkout flows complete a test transaction successfully
• UI mirrors agreed wireframes across common device sizes
• Store owners can add/edit a product via the back-end and see changes live in the app
