Android E-Commerce App Concept

I want to launch a brand-new e-commerce Android app but I’m still open on the concept itself. Your first task is to pitch a compelling idea—everything from the niche or product focus to the core features that will set the app apart in a crowded marketplace. Once we agree on the direction, you’ll turn that concept into a working Android application.

Here is how I see the workflow:
• Ideation: Present two or three concise concepts with a short market rationale for each.
• Wireframes & UI mock-ups: Translate the chosen concept into screens that clearly map the shopping journey.
• Development: Build the Android app, integrating standard e-commerce essentials—catalogue, cart, secure checkout and user accounts—while keeping the codebase clean and well-documented.
• Handover: Deliver the full Android Studio project, compiled APK and a brief deployment guide.

Feel free to suggest frameworks, libraries or payment gateways you are comfortable with (Kotlin, Java, Flutter, Firebase, Stripe, etc.) as long as the final build performs smoothly on the latest Android versions.
