Android Chat, Voice & Video App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to commission a complete Android application whose core focus is a fast, modern chat experience. Real-time messaging must come first, and I need it to feel as smooth as any leading messenger on the market. Please build in file sharing for images, documents and short clips, make emojis and stickers work out of the box, and let users create group conversations without practical limits. All messages (individual and group) have to be protected with end-to-end encryption that you can clearly document and demonstrate.
Alongside chat, the app should also allow one-to-one and group voice calls and video calls. These calling features don’t need to be enterprise-grade on day one, but they must be reliable on common 4G/5G and Wi-Fi connections and integrate cleanly with the chat UI.
I’m open to any other proven stack as long as it stays within current Android guidelines and can scale. Clean, well-commented Kotlin or Java is required, with modular architecture so future features are easy to slot in.
Deliverables
• Full Android Studio project with source code
• Signed APK / AAB ready for Play Store testing
• Brief setup guide covering build steps, keys, and server configuration
• One walkthrough session (video or live) where you demonstrate encrypted chat, file transfer, stickers, group chat, and a successful voice & video call
Acceptance criteria
• All listed chat features operate in real time with no visible lag
• Encryption is verifiable end-to-end; keys are generated and stored securely on device only
• Voice and video calls connect in under five seconds and maintain audio/video sync for at least three minutes in a test session
• Codebase passes a lint check and compiles without warnings under the latest stable Android SDK
