Android Bluetooth App Development

Job ID: 40534913

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need an Android-only application that communicates with external hardware over Bluetooth. The core requirement is straightforward: establish a reliable Bluetooth connection from any modern Android phone, then expose a clean interface so I can pair, send, and receive data with the target device.

You may choose the Bluetooth stack or libraries you prefer—classic, BLE, or a mix—as long as the final APK runs smoothly on Android 8.0 and above. I will provide the device’s UUID, expected data packets, and any service characteristics once we start; you will translate that specification into working code, a concise user flow (scan → connect → interact), and clear documentation so I can maintain or extend the project later.

Primary deliverables
• Full Android Studio project (Java or Kotlin)
• Signed APK for quick testing
• README explaining build steps and where the Bluetooth logic lives

Once those three items compile and I can run a basic connect/transfer demo on my handset, the job is done.
