Android BLE Foreground Service

I need to have an Android app created that will listen for specific BT healthcare devices - blood pressure, SPO2, and Glucose from Omron devices only discerning via GATT or UUID. I will supply the devices to winning bidder to keep for future testing and project upgrades. This service is part of a bigger application that is outside of the scope of this project for now.
