Android Audio Call App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a basic Android application that starts, receives, and ends real-time audio calls through the Zego Cloud SDK. The interface can stay minimal—one screen to sign in with a username and a second screen with “Call”, “Hang Up”, and call-status indicators. No text chat, file sharing, or other extras are required.
Key expectations
• Build with the official Zego Cloud Android SDK and document any additional open-source libraries you include.
• Target Android 8.0 (API 26) and above, handling microphone and network permissions at runtime.
• Deliver clear, commented Kotlin or Java code, a release-ready APK, and a short README that explains setup, the Zego configuration steps, and how to switch to my own AppID / AppSign values.
Acceptance criteria
1. The APK installs on a test device and connects two users in the same room with clear, low-latency audio.
2. Call controls respond instantly and update UI state correctly.
3. The app survives background/foreground transitions without dropping the call.
Once these points are met and I confirm the build on my side, the project is complete.
