Android App for Chatoye Website

I run the social platform chatoye.com and now need a straightforward Android application that mirrors the website’s core experience. A Web-View base is acceptable as long as it feels smooth and keeps every existing page functional. Please integrate push notifications for all updates (Firebase Cloud Messaging is fine), so users are alerted whenever new content or interactions appear.

Key deliverables
• APK ready for installation and a signed AAB for Play Store submission
• Complete, well-commented Android Studio source code
• Step-by-step notes on how to add my own Firebase keys and publish the build

Acceptance criteria
The app must:
1. Load every public page on chatoye.com without layout breaks.
2. Support user log-in/logout and maintain sessions.
3. Receive and display push notifications while the app is foregrounded, backgrounded, or closed.
4. Pass Play Store policy checks (target SDK, privacy dialog for notifications, etc.).

I’m working with a very small budget, so please propose an efficient approach—ideally reusing existing site assets, keeping custom code to essentials, and focusing on getting a stable, lightweight first release online quickly.
