I need assistance setting up an Android app source code in Android Studio.

Key tasks include:
- Connect the app with my shared hosting server (admin panel & APIs)
- Fix any Gradle or dependency issues
- Customize app name, package name, and logo
- Build both debug and release APKs

Additional requirements:
- I don't have any documentation for the admin panel and APIs, so you'll need to navigate this without guidance.
