Title: Android Developer: Dashboard App for Informative Content & 8-Hour Background Recording

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced Android Developer to build a "Shell" application that serves as a central dashboard for informative content and diagnostic tools featuring 8-hour audio recording.

Key Deliverables:

Main Dashboard: A 4-button home screen:

3 Buttons: Each opening a local interactive HTML5 file (Informative E-books).

1 Button: "Start Test" leading to a Web-based Questionnaire.

Logic & Validation: The 8-hour recording feature must remain locked until the user successfully submits the questionnaire. The app must receive a success confirmation from the server to unlock the recording stage.

8-Hour Audio Recorder:

Continuous background recording for 8 hours (Mandatory use of Foreground Services & WakeLock).

Optimization: High compression (AAC/m4a) to keep the 8-hour file under 50MB.

Data Safety: Real-time writing to storage and Auto-save/Finalize exactly at the 8-hour mark. No data loss is acceptable if the app closes or the battery dies.

Technical Requirements:

Proven experience with Android Media Services and background process stability.

Delivery of full Source Code and Signing Key (.jks) is a non-negotiable condition.

Mandatory POC: Candidates must provide a simple POC APK demonstrating stable 1-hour background recording before being hired.
