Android App & Admin Backend
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building an Android-only commerce app and need a developer who can take it from functional prototype to production-ready release. The priorities are clear, so I’ll outline them here along with the expected results.
Core app tasks
• Wire in WebSocket (or Socket.IO / similar) so every order status change broadcasts instantly to the user’s screen without manual refresh.
• Integrate a mainstream payment gateway—PayPal, Stripe or Square all work for me; I just need a seamless, PCI-compliant checkout flow.
• Expose secure wallet APIs to let users top up, view balance, and pay straight from their in-app wallet.
• Solid session management: token-based auth that survives app restarts yet logs out idle users as per best practices.
• Simple star-and-comment review system tied to completed orders.
Admin panel (backend)
The web dashboard must give me:
1. Order management – real-time tracking, manual status overrides, and refund triggers.
2. User management – search, suspend, role assign, wallet adjustment.
3. Reporting / Analytics – daily sales, cohort retention, top products, and export to CSV.
Tech flexibility
Backend language and framework are up to you as long as the API is RESTful (GraphQL bonus) and documented with Swagger / Postman. Database choice is open; just justify it. Code should be container-ready for an easy cloud deploy.
Deliverables
• Full Android source, properly structured and commented
• Backend source with README and environment sample
• Tested WebSocket channel delivering live order updates
• Payment flow passing sandbox and live modes
• Wallet endpoints with unit & integration tests
• Admin panel with the three modules above
• Brief deployment guide and 30-day bug-fix window
