Android Anti-Theft Alarm App

I’m looking for an experienced Android developer to build a lightweight anti-theft alarm application.
The goal of the app is to trigger a loud alarm if someone moves or disconnects the phone without authorization.
Core Features
• Motion detection using accelerometer
• Alarm if charger unplugged
• Loud siren alarm even in silent mode
• PIN code to stop alarm
• Background service (cannot be easily closed)
• Simple UI: Arm / Disarm button
• Optional vibration + flash alert
