Android APK Upgrade to Target Android 15

I need an experienced Android developer to upgrade an existing working APK to target Android 15.

Requirements:
- Verify all targetSdkVersion and build configurations
- Ensure all features function correctly
- Upload updated code to GitHub
- Deliver a fully tested and working APK
- On approval create a .abb file for uploading to Playstore
- Resolve any playstore submission requirements through all phase of testing Internal to Open and deployment
- Update GitHub on a daily basis

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Android development
- Experience with GitHub and version control
- Familiarity with Android SDK and build configurations
- Well versed in play store submission
