Add Technician Availability & Scheduling Feature and Add Customer Signature Upload Feature

We have an existing Android mobile app used by technicians.
We need to add a new “Agenda” feature that allows the technician to manage his availability schedule, receive interventions, and view assigned jobs — all connected to our existing web service API (dashboard side handled by our team).
Reimplement the customer signature capture and upload feature that was previously part of the app but is now missing.
This step corresponds to the final stage of an intervention, just before marking it as “Completed”.
