Acquire published & existing Android App

I'm looking to purchase an existing Android app that is currently live and published on the Google Play Store.

Requirements:
- The app can be simple; functionality and complexity are not critical.
- Open to various categories as long as the app complies with Google Play policies.
- Must have no active violations or strikes.

When applying, please provide:
- Play Store link
- Brief app description
- Relevant statistics (downloads, ratings, etc.)
- Tech stack: Java, Kotlin, Flutter, etc
