UX researcher
Budget: €20 – €35 EUR
I'm looking to hire a UX researcher to help with further research of the specific demographic and target audience associated with our product. While already have our research plan, group segmentation, and selected members to interview.
The product is our online community platform, which is already live. We need to know why people come back on it, why they don't, its usability and ease of use, how to improve the user experience, etc.
The primary goal of this research will be to validate interview questions (or create them based on the feedback provided), go over an interview flow, and interview 2-3 members. This will help us identify user needs and preferences and to collect relevant data to help inform our product decisions and design.
Interviews can be done remotely, and we would prefer someone in the European time zone. Need someone who can grasp everything fairly quickly and has quick communication response. I would need someone from now until oct 27th.
