I need a compensation study
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are a nonprofit that serves Veterans in Boston. The budget is about $8M in operations but we are the contractor for a $150M contract for health care for Vets that we subcontract out. We are going to hire a permanent CEO and want to make sure the salary is right, in addition to the CFO, Director of Properties, Director of Programs and Director of Marketing and External Relations.
