YouTube Growth Strategy & Analytics
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I manage a Fitness weekly YouTube channel that must accelerate its reach across New Zealand, Australia and the United States. What I need now is a specialist who can live inside YouTube Analytics, extract the right content-performance insights (CTR, watch-time, retention curves, traffic sources, etc.) and translate them into a clear-headed growth plan.
The assignment centres on analytics and strategy rather than editing or community moderation. I already have videos in production; your job is to tell me which formats, topics and publishing rhythms actually move the needle and how to amplify that momentum.
Key deliverables:
• Full channel audit with benchmarks against direct competitors
• Actionable monthly strategy deck outlining experiments, optimisation steps and projected KPIs
• Easy-to-read dashboard or Google Data Studio report updated weekly
Acceptance criteria: recommendations must be backed by data pulled from YouTube Studio; each strategy slide should reference at least one metric shift you expect (e.g., +10 % average view duration).
If you’ve grown channels in NZ/AUS/US markets before and can show the numbers, let’s set up a quick call so I can grant analytics access and kick off the first audit.
