I need an experienced moderator who can take full ownership of our Twitter presence. Your daily routine will revolve around reviewing every text post, image, and video that appears on the feed or in mentions, acting swiftly on anything that violates our guidelines, and sparking genuine conversation where appropriate to keep the timeline lively and respectful.
Beyond frontline interaction, I also expect clear reporting. Each week you’ll compile concise analytics that spotlight engagement trends, sentiment shifts, and any emerging issues that deserve strategic attention. If you already work comfortably with native Twitter Analytics, TweetDeck, Sprout Social, or similar tools, you’ll settle in quickly.
Key deliverables
• Real-time moderation of all tweets, replies, DMs, and media
• Friendly, on-brand engagement that drives discussion and resolves concerns
• A data-driven report every seven days outlining performance metrics and recommended actions
