In-Store Traffic Accuracy Audit

I need a traffic audit carried out inside one of my retail locations. The assignment is strictly on-site, limited to a 3-4 hour window, and centres on the accuracy of our current pedestrian counts and overall traffic-flow patterns.

During the visit you will:
• Digitally and manually record traffic entry and exit.
• Map the dominant flow paths and any bottlenecks on the shop floor.
• Upload the files to company's Dropbox
• Coordinate with support team

Experience with retail foot-traffic analytics, basic tally devices or video-based counting tools is preferred.
