We’re assembling a select group of professionals to join our upcoming calendar of sports tournaments and competitive events — and to share in their long-term success.
Our first wave of projects will include:
Sports Bar Event Series – live, high-energy tournaments hosted in sports bars and entertainment venues.
Food-Related Competitions – culinary challenges and themed hospitality events connecting chefs, brands, and sponsors.
Sports Events (Multiple Categories) – a diverse range of team-based and individual competitions, both online and physical.
You can earn $50,000+ per year for the right results, but understand this clearly:
your first commitment must be to the mission, not the money.
Our success will not be measured in promises, but in execution.
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a team, take accountability, and treat this as a shared journey — not a short-term gig.
YOUR ROLE
We’re seeking experienced event professionals who can:
Plan, design, and manage full-cycle tournaments and events.
Coordinate venues, teams, referees, logistics, and real-time scheduling.
Deliver seamless registration, scoring, and participant management.
Build a competitive and professional environment for players and fans.
Provide post-event reports, analytics, and actionable feedback.
If you’ve successfully run major sporting events, leagues, or multi-team competitions, we want to see your results.
Please outline:
Events you’ve managed or produced.
Tools/platforms you’ve used for registration, scheduling, and scoring.
A concise plan for taking our first tournament from concept to final whistle.
WHAT WE EXPECT
This role is not for the faint-hearted.
It requires total commitment, teamwork, and a willingness to go the distance.
We are building a movement — not a moment.
You’ll need to:
Operate with integrity, accountability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with management and fellow professionals.
Uphold confidentiality and respect every commitment made.
Accept responsibility for outcomes, not excuses.
CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENT
Those selected will enter into:
MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) — defining your role and objectives.
NDA & NCA (Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement) — minimum 5-year term.
Personal Guarantee — confirming your commitment and accountability to each project.
It is envisaged to be a 6–12-month engagement aimed at developing multiple events that will generate consistent revenue and long-term sustainability.
However, I personally believe we can achieve this within 3–6 months with each dedicated team.
