Social Media Marketing Expert for a Thought Leader

Summary
I am seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Consultant to establish and grow a my thought leader presence on Instagram and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic social media direction, refining the brand tone, and creating high-quality, engaging content that builds a meaningful online presence. I am looking to grow my following to 6,000 including engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow the thought leader’s presence on Instagram and Bluesky.
Establish a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across both platforms.
Create and schedule 16 posts per month (approximately 4 posts per week).
Generate engaging content including images, videos, graphics, and captions tailored to the target audience.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to recommend adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices to optimize engagement and growth.
Provide guidance on community engagement strategies and collaborate to foster an active online presence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media manager, Strategist, or similar role.
Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts, preferably for thought leaders, public figures, or brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram and Bluesky algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Ability to interpret analytics and generate actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with personal brands or in thought leadership spaces.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and influencer marketing.
