Social Media Content Creation for Organic Reach Growth – Immigration Consultancy

We are an Immigration Consultancy looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Designer & Content Creator to help grow our organic reach and brand presence on social media platforms (primarily TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

The ideal freelancer should understand branding, visual storytelling, and content strategy, especially for service-based or professional businesses.

Scope of Work (Monthly):
1. Static Posts
Design 10 high-quality static posts (image banners) per month
Clean, professional, and brand-consistent designs
Content focused on awareness, trust-building, and lead generation

2. Reels Content
Create 5 reels per month
Reels can include motion graphics, text-based reels, or edited video content
Optimize for engagement and organic reach

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media design & content creation
- Strong skills in Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
- Experience with service-based businesses (immigration, education, consultancy) is a plus
- Ability to deliver content on time every month

Deliverables:
- 10 static posts - designs and captions with hashtags (ready to upload)
- 5 reels (MP4 format, optimized for social platforms)
- Editable source files preferred
