Skool Community Setup & Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m launching a new Skool community and need an experienced admin to get everything running smoothly from day one. Your main focus will be day-to-day user moderation, ongoing content management across all formats (posts, videos, images, documents), and coordinating live or virtual events inside the platform.
Here’s how I see the collaboration working:
• Initial setup: structure the groups, channels, permissions, and basic automations so members have a clear, intuitive space to interact.
• Guideline upgrade: I already have community rules, but they’re rough. Refine them into a concise, actionable set of policies that keep the vibe positive without feeling heavy-handed.
• Content flow: schedule and publish queued articles, upload multimedia, keep resources organised, tag everything properly, and archive outdated material.
• Moderation: approve new members, monitor discussions, handle reports quickly, and keep conversations on-brand.
• Event coordination: plan and host regular Q&As, workshops, or challenges using Skool’s built-in tools, ensuring reminders and follow-ups are in place.
• Analytics & feedback: provide short weekly notes on engagement trends plus any ideas to boost participation.
Please be comfortable with the Skool interface, community-building best practices, light copy-editing, and basic graphic or video uploads. If you’ve grown similar groups before, let me know—examples and quick wins you implemented elsewhere will help me judge fit.
Deliverables will be reviewed each week; clear metrics are member satisfaction (no unresolved reports over 48 hrs) and consistent, organised content uploads. Let’s create an engaging space that practically runs itself.
