Skilled Real Estate Data Analyzer

I'm searching for a freelancer with solid experience and in-depth knowledge about real estate excel modelling. We have existing excel models that with the recent departure of our CFO, need someone to drive them while we find a replacement. The inputs will be provided by the project team and a hand over with the person who built the model is also possible if needed. Whats required is someone to ensure the models are used correctly. There is both a project specific model used for analysing whether a particular feasibility meets our hurdle rates along with a fund model that rolls multiple projects together along the operation of the manager.

We primarily need the freelancer to input the data and generate reports, however an understanding of real estate projects will be needed, and ideally experience with funds management.

Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Excel
- Understanding of real estate development and funds management, ideally build to rent
- Experience with data analysis
- Ability to perform statistical analysis, market trend analysis, comparative analysis, or any other technique as your knowledge might indicate necessary.
