Role Overview
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll connect and visualise data using AWS, Power BI, and HubSpot to drive operational performance. You’ll also support light IT administration, particularly around user access management across tools like Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms.
This is a remote, long-term role with direct impact on decision-making and client performance.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio and other platforms
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal teams and clients
• Integrate data from tools like HubSpot, Xero, and AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs
• Analyse trends and performance data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for growth
• Produce ad hoc analytical reports to support business initiatives and strategic planning
• Proactively flag anomalies, patterns, and areas for optimisation within client and internal reporting
IT & Systems Admin
• Set up and manage staff access across email, Microsoft 365, CRM, etc.
• Offboard users and update tool access documentation
• Maintain inventory of software licenses and user rights
You Bring:
2–4 years’ experience in data/reporting roles
Power BI or Looker Studio expertise
Comfortable with AWS databases and APIs
Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools
Strong attention to detail and data security
Excellent English and remote work discipline
