I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer or Excel Power User to create a dual-platform (iOS and Android) accountability application or other option.
I’m looking for a simple way to account for personnel during an emergency at a facility that could manage a small facility with 10 personnel or up to a facility that covers several hundred acres with 1,000 employees. Most facilities do not allow ALL personnel to carry a cell phone, so it could be used by assigned personnel to check others in.
Key Points:
1. The Facility main entrance scans a badge on an Inbound reader or Outbound reader maintaining a total of employees onsite.
2. This report can be downloaded to an Excell spreadsheet for performing accountability.
Key Results:
1. Account for all personnel against the Excel spreadsheet
2. Must log time accounted for
3. Show Total personnel in facility, Total Accounted for and Total Not accounted for
a. List would show names for each category or color coded
4. Focus on real-time data visualization.
5. Expertise in real-time data visualization techniques and tools
6. Design skills for a user-friendly experience
7. Not all personnel can have cell phones
8. Multiple muster/rally points personnel assemble too for accountability
9. Need and easy way to account for 100% of personnel
KEY Considerations:
1. Can text message or email be sent to (?) with special identifiers that match the spreadsheet, name, phone number, etc. Would need confirmation sent back that message was received and speadsheet updated.
2. Mobile App IOS and Android can be setup cost effective and easily maintained
a. Internal use only does not need to be on app or google store
b. Spreadsheet of names uploaded to app
c. No cost for annual setup or maintenance?
d. Would be preferred if low cost
3. Scan Individual specialized QR Code and text or email to (?) for spreadsheet or database
