Overview:
As a Marketing Analytics Assistant, you will support the marketing analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to facilitate data driven decision-making. This role involves assisting with data gathering, report generation, and providing insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Preparation:
Assist in collecting and organizing marketing data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Prepare datasets for analysis by cleaning, validating, and transforming data as needed.
Basic Data Analysis:
Perform basic analysis of marketing performance metrics, such as clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and campaign attribution.
Summarize findings to support the team in understanding key trends and areas for improvement.
Report Generation:
Support the creation of regular and ad hoc reports on marketing KPIs.
Collaborate with team members to develop visually appealing dashboards for easy consumption.
A/B Testing Assistance:
Assist in the execution of A/B tests, including tracking and organizing test results.
Contribute to the analysis of A/B test outcomes to identify successful strategies.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct basic competitor analysis to track industry trends and benchmark marketing performance.
Summarize findings for team review and consideration.


Documentation and Organization:
Maintain organized records of marketing data, reports, and analyses.
Document procedures and processes related to data collection and analysis.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross functional teams, providing support for data related inquiries.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand their data needs and contribute to data driven decision making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or coursework in marketing analytics or a related field.
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing analytics.
