Mailchimp-Flodesk Migration & Campaign Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need every contact currently housed in Mailchimp moved into Flodesk without losing any custom tags or segmentation I’ve already created from website downloads and the handful of manual entries I’ve added over time. Once the list is safely in Flodesk, I want three campaign types fully built and ready to launch: a regular Newsletter, time-sensitive Promotional offers, and an evergreen Automated welcome series.
My site runs on WordPress, so the tagging logic has to stay in sync with the forms and lead-magnets already live there. When someone opts in from the site, the correct tag must appear automatically inside Flodesk and trigger the right workflow—no manual fixes later.
Deliverables
• Complete Mailchimp export and Flodesk import with tags intact
• Connection of WordPress forms/landing pages to Flodesk, testing each path for correct tag firing
• Creation of one branded template for each campaign type (Newsletter, Promotional, Welcome) with automation rules activated
• Confirmation that unsubscribe data, bounce handling, and analytics all reflect accurately in Flodesk dashboards
I’ll provide Mailchimp credentials, current tagging documentation, and WordPress admin access. Please outline your approach to data integrity during migration and how you’ll verify that every tag, segment, and workflow behaves as expected before we go live.
