I am looking for a trained, experienced Social Media Manager who can take ownership of TikTok and Instagram growth and deliver measurable results quickly.
This is not an entry-level or learning-on-the-job role. I need someone who already understands social media strategy, platform algorithms, content optimisation, and audience growth, and who can apply that knowledge immediately.
What I Need From You
I need a social media manager who can:
Grow my following quickly on TikTok and Instagram
Increase engagement (comments, shares, saves, watch time – not just likes)
Understand and leverage algorithms, trends, hooks, posting cadence, and analytics
Advise me strategically, not just post content
Tell me what works, why it works, and what to do next
Work efficiently and independently, with minimal hand-holding
Required Skills & Experience
You must:
Be formally trained or highly experienced in social media marketing (TikTok & Instagram specifically)
Have a proven track record of growing accounts (your own or clients’)
Understand content strategy, hooks, storytelling, trend adaptation, hashtags, timing, and platform-specific behaviour
Be confident reading analytics and adjusting strategy based on performance
Be comfortable giving direct, professional advice and challenging ideas when needed
What Success Looks Like (Short Term)
I expect to see:
Clear growth trends in followers and engagement within the first 4–6 weeks
A defined content strategy from the start (not guesswork)
Regular feedback on what is working and what is being refined
Evidence that the account is gaining traction with the right audience
