Instagram Growth and Sales Strategy

Fitness/ Lifestyle Instagram:
I'm seeking an experienced social media person to help grow my Instagram followers, help me monetize by presenting my services online, and develop a comprehensive social media plan to start posting again with intention. My primary goal is to drive more sales of programs and post engaging real content.
I was growing on Instagram pre covid then after some personal issues I stopped posting and now after two years I have slowly posted here and there but its not enough and not consistent. My video and picture quality are weak and I do not have a plan. I would like to market myself, lifestyle and hobbies to sell online sessions and personalized or standard programs online.
I would like help in buying things to help content create better so far I have an iPhone 15. I would like to work with you for the long term if you have the key requirements:
Key Requirements:
- Start my Linktree or Squarespace (need potential customers and old clients to monetize from online)
- Focus exclusively on Instagram in our first phase at least
- Create a plan and help me develop a new brand (mum, life in Aus, family, fitness)
- Increase followers and find businesses to partner up with that are my brand
- Sell my services online (I have an app for personal training - in the future I would like to brand it) online PT, set programs, consultation, food plan and check in, and in the future sell products (supplements and clothing/ fitness or wellness related)
- Use analytics to track growth and adjust tactics find what's trending
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in growing Instagram accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and trends
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience in driving sales through social media
