I want to run a focused social-media push aimed solely at Instagram with one clear objective: rapidly growing our follower count. I’m looking for someone who can take the reins of the entire campaign—from refining the brand voice and designing scroll-stopping visuals to scheduling posts at optimal times and tracking performance inside Instagram Insights or similar analytics tools.
The ideal approach will combine eye-catching creative, smart hashtag research, and authentic community interaction to attract real, engaged followers rather than empty numbers. You’ll have freedom to test reels, stories, carousels, and any other format that aligns with best-practice growth tactics, provided it stays on-brand.
Deliverables I need to see:
• A 30-day content calendar with captions, visual direction, and posting schedule
• All creative assets (editable PSD/AI or Canva files) ready to publish
• Weekly growth reports outlining follower gains, reach, saves, and next-step recommendations
