Job ID: 39954082

Budget: $100 – $150 USD

Title:
Crowdfunding Campaign Lead (Indiegogo) — Raise Capital for Community Impact Initiative

Description:
I’m launching a community-driven initiative through Indiegogo and need an experienced campaign lead to manage the entire fundraising process — from pre-launch one week out to campaign close. The goal is not just to test the market or drive pre-orders, but to raise significant capital (target range: $60,000 to $120,000) to fuel our next phase of growth.

I already have a rough pitch deck, several images, and a draft video script. The remaining work includes: campaign page build, perk structure, pre-launch warm-up, live campaign management, ads, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Refine narrative and visuals: polish copy, align story for impact, ensure resonance with Indiegogo backers

Build the campaign page on Indiegogo: set up perk tiers, stretch goals, campaign visuals, copywriting

Pre-launch warm-up: create landing page, setup email capture, craft teaser posts for Facebook/Instagram/Twitter

Live campaign execution: post daily updates, manage backer comments, track perk fulfillment, maintain engagement

Ad & performance optimization: monitor analytics (traffic, conversion, funding), tweak ads and messaging in real-time

Reporting & communication: provide performance reports twice weekly; be available for live calls or Zoom sessions

Required Deliverables / Acceptance Criteria:

Campaign page approved by Indiegogo with minimal changes

At least three distinct perk tiers fully described, priced, and illustrated

Pre-launch email list of at least 500 qualified leads collected before the campaign goes live

Twice-weekly performance reports including traffic, conversions, backer progress, and ad spend/ROI

Reliable communication: must be reachable by cell phone or Zoom for status updates/decisions

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Proven track record of managing Indiegogo or Kickstarter campaigns (provide case studies)

Excellent copywriting (preferably in fundraising/emotional impact style)

Basic graphic design/editing skills (images, campaign thumbnails, social posts)

Experience setting up and optimizing Facebook/Instagram/Twitter ads for crowdfunding

Strong project management skills and proactive communication

Compensation:
We’ll discuss a base fee + performance commission. There is the possibility of a bonus gift upon successful campaign completion (to be structured according to platform terms and contractor agreement).

Next Steps:
Please send your résumé or portfolio of previous crowdfunding campaigns, plus a brief cover letter explaining how you would approach raising our target ($60K–$120K) in a 40-day campaign with a rapid 7-10 day prep window. Indicate your availability and ideal fee structure.
