Grafana Cloud Expert for Hiring Metrics
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm looking for someone experienced with Grafana Cloud to set up my initial hiring process tracking dashboard. The requirements are pretty straightforward. Need to be able to explain me the steps, I'm technical person.
Key Project Requirements:
- Metrics to be Tracked: The key metrics I'd like to evaluate are Application Submissions, various Interview Stages and Time to Hire.
- Visualization & Analysis: I need these metrics to be visually represented on a Grafana Cloud dashboard. Specifically, I'd like to see these metrics represented in Line, Bar and Pie Charts.
- Candidate Information Capture: This project should involve manual data entry. We will not be using any other method to capture candidate information.
Ideal Experience:
- Proficient in Grafana Cloud: I'm looking for someone who has previous experience working with Grafana Cloud, specifically in setting up metrics tracking dashboards.
- Data Visualization: An understanding of how to best represent hiring process metrics in Line, Bar and Pie charts is essential.
- Understanding of Recruitment Process: Previous work or familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring metrics will be advantageous, but not a strict requirement.
