Google Sheets Data Import & Formula Assistance

I'm looking for a Google Sheets expert who can help me organize my data. I'm tracking the daily output of my team. What I want is one spreadsheet with three tabs: one of the raw daily data; one tab that shows the total weekly output for each team member; and one tab that shows the average weekly output per team member.
