Budget: $100 – $150 CAD
I need a GoHighLevel specialist to tighten up three core areas of my account, including, but not limited to:
1. Appointment bookings
2. SMS automations
3. Email marketing
The goal is for everything to work together seamlessly and generate more conversions with less manual effort.
Appointment bookings
Right now the calendar works, but I am still using two systems, and I would like to only use GoHighLevel. Please rebuild the flow as required by me.
Automatic SMS messaging
I want every text to feel like it was written one-to-one. Set up personalization tokens, segment contacts by tags and past behavior, and design automated follow-ups that keep the conversation alive until they book or reply to stop.
Email marketing templates
Create flexible templates in the GoHighLevel email builder: one for nurture, one for promotions, and one plain-text style for quick announcements. Each should be mobile-first, on-brand, and easy for me to tweak later.
Deliverables (must-haves)
• Ability to do video calls on a regular basis to follow up and review project, including a kickstart video call.
• New calendar workflow with confirmation + reminder sequence
• SMS workflow with personalization, segmentation logic, and at least one follow-up branch
• Three reusable, drag-and-drop email templates loaded into my account
• Quick Loom walkthrough showing how everything is wired up so I can maintain it
One week turnaround to complete entire project is a must.
