Full-Time SEO Ranking Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for an experienced SEO professional who can join me on a full-time basis to lift my site’s search engine rankings across all major search engines. The immediate priority is to move key pages up the SERPs, then hold and improve those positions over time.
You’ll begin by auditing the site, spotting on-page, technical, and backlink gaps that keep us from ranking higher. I already have a handful of keyword ideas drawn from user research and analytics, but they still need proper refinement and expansion into a data-driven, opportunity-focused list. From there, I want a clear action plan that covers page-level optimisation, content recommendations, and an ethical link-building roadmap.
While I expect you to take full ownership of day-to-day SEO activity, you’ll have direct access to our developer and content writer, so implementation can move quickly. Please be comfortable working 40 hours a week, communicating progress in plain language, and backing up decisions with solid data from tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
Deliverables I will use to measure progress:
• An initial audit report with prioritised fixes
• A refined and expanded keyword sheet with search intent mapping
• Monthly implementation log showing what changed on the site
• Weekly ranking and traffic snapshots with commentary on wins, losses, and next steps
