A private speech therapy practice in Greater Vancouver, Canada
An educational platform for allied healthcare therapists in India
These businesses work closely together—clinical insights and testing happen in Canada, and courses are refined and delivered to therapists in India.
Who I’m Looking For
I’m looking for one highly capable freelancer OR a small team/agency based in India who can support across:
Social Media Management
Digital Marketing
Video Editing
Graphic Design
Scope of Work
1. Social Media Management
Plan and manage content for Instagram and LinkedIn
Schedule and post content consistently
Write captions tailored to different audiences (India vs Canada)
Engage with audience (comments, DMs, basic community management)
Maintain content calendar and posting strategy
2. Digital Marketing
Email marketing (campaigns, newsletters)
Lead generation:
Outreach to doctors, schools, clinics (Canada market)
Outreach to therapists (India market)
Support course funnels and launches
Track basic analytics and performance
3. Video Editing
Short-form content (Reels, educational clips)
Course content editing
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short videos
4. Graphic Design
Social media creatives (carousels, infographics)
Course materials (slides, thumbnails)
Marketing visuals
Key Requirements
Strong understanding of both Indian and international (Canada) audiences
Ability to adapt tone, messaging, and visuals accordingly
Organized, proactive, and reliable
Experience in healthcare / education / coaching is a bonus
Working Style
Starting with hourly or part-time engagement
Long-term goal: transition into a retainer-based role
