Data Analytics & Visualization Expert Needed

I need a skilled data analytics and visualization professional to help me make sense of my data. The data sources I'm working with are Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, and SQL databases. My main goals include gaining insights into sales trends and operational efficiency improvements. However, I'm also interested in discovering any other trends present in the data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration: You'll be responsible for integrating data from different sources, including Excel, CSV, and SQL databases.
- Trend Analysis: You need to conduct thorough trend analysis on the sales data, as well as identify trends related to operational efficiency.
- Data Visualization: I'm looking for someone who can create visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and dashboards in tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
It should be highly user interactive for non technical people too
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, particularly PowerBI and Excel.
- Previous experience working with sales data and operational efficiency metrics.
- Strong background in data integration from various sources.
- Ability to identify trends and patterns in data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data in a simple manner.
