The app should work on Android, iOS, Android TV, and Firestick.

Core Requirements:

Login: Xtream Codes API (manual server URL entry) & M3U playlist support

Content: Live TV (categories), Movies (VOD), Series (TV Shows)

EPG: Electronic Program Guide

Search & Favorites

Multi-language (English + Swedish)

Monetization:

Free version: Google AdMob ads integration

Premium version:

Removes ads

Offline downloads (local storage, basic encryption, no expiry)

Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode

Subscription via Google Play & Apple App Store

Admin Panel:

Manage users (block/unblock, subscription status)

View analytics (active users, most-watched content)

Push notifications (manual send)

Extra Requirements:

Responsive UI/UX optimized for mobile and TV (remote-friendly navigation)

Smooth playback with HLS & M3U support (MPEG-DASH optional)

Source code delivery after completion
