E-Commerce Mobile Analytics App
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m building an e-commerce product and need a lightweight analytics layer inside the iOS and Android versions of the app. The goal is simple: turn raw in-app interaction data into clear insights I can act on quickly.
Scope
• Instrument the app so every purchase flow, search, tap and screen view is captured reliably.
• Stream that data in real time to a dashboard of your choice—Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude or a comparable SDK is fine as long as it works cross-platform.
• Configure funnels, retention reports and custom event tracking so I can monitor user behaviour, spot drop-offs and measure feature impact without additional coding each time.
Deliverables
1. Integrated analytics SDKs in both native projects (or in a single React Native / Flutter codebase if you prefer and it keeps parity).
2. Clear event schema document that maps each user action to its event name and parameters.
3. A live dashboard with funnels, retention and revenue metrics already populated from test data.
4. Short hand-off guide so future builds keep the tracking intact.
Acceptance Criteria
• Events fire within 200 ms of user action and appear in the dashboard under the correct schema.
• iOS and Android show identical metrics for the same session during side-by-side testing.
• Checkout funnel accuracy within ±2 % of backend order logs.
If you’ve set up analytics for mobile commerce before and can demonstrate clean, actionable dashboards, I’d love to see your approach.
