Cold emailing Christian church outreach
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a list of several thousand contacts of churched. The core purpose is to:
• invite donations that keep the ministry going,
• request user-generated content for our platform, and
• widen overall brand awareness in this faith community.
* offer our platform for free to their church. meaning asking church to promote our ministry within their church by offering Christian tv or radio
* offer to carry churches media content on our platform
What I need is the technical side handled end-to-end. Whether you prefer Brevo (Sendinblue) or your own compliant bulk-sending email setup, I’m looking for you to:
** THIS PROJECT IS COLD EMAILING. YOU WILL DO EMAIL OUTREACH. YOU WILL SEND THOUSANDS OF EMAILS SLOWLY IN BATCHES. PLEASE PROVIDE OPT OUT option for users **
1. Import and organise the list so each message reaches the right inbox with high deliverability.
2. Schedule and launch the campaign in sensible batches so we avoid spam flags.
3. Quickly tweak sender name, subject lines or send times if results suggest better engagement.
4. give me updates
All copy, images and calls-to-action will come from me; you simply plug them in, test, and hit send. Familiarity with SPF/DKIM, bounce handling and list hygiene is important so our requests for donations, content contributions and platform promotion are heard loud and clear.
