Brazoria Real Estate Facebook Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My previous real-estate Facebook presence was lost to a hack, so I’m starting fresh and need a fully built, secure Facebook Business Page that speaks directly to the fast-growing communities of Manvel, Rosharon and Alvin in Brazoria County.
Primary goal
I want the page to attract and nurture first-time homebuyers with friendly, trustworthy guidance while still feeling relevant to empty nesters and secondary buyers. Every post, image and call-to-action should funnel visitors to my Houston Association of Realtors MLS links and ultimately convert them into warm leads.
Content focus
• Educational guides and smart-homebuyer tips that demystify the buying process
• Eye-catching property listings and short video/home-tour snippets pulled from the MLS feed
Local flavour
Please weave in community events, spotlights on nearby businesses and amenities, plus concise market-trend snapshots so the page feels hyper-local and current.
Essentials I expect from you
• Creation and verification of a brand-new Facebook Business Page, including profile/cover graphics sized correctly for all devices
• Branded About section, contact buttons and a clear link structure that routes users to my MLS listings
• A starter content calendar (10 evergreen post ideas) and the first week’s worth of scheduled posts so the page launches with momentum
• Security best practices implemented to keep the account safe from future breaches (two-factor auth, admin roles, backup owner, etc.)
Additional requirements: The Facebook Business Page should visually align with my MLS website. It must include a clear link directing users to access the MLS page from Facebook. Additionally, it should feature a lead capture form for collecting names and contact information. Analytics must be integrated to track how often the page is visited.
Acceptance criteria
The page must be live, fully navigable on desktop and mobile, link seamlessly to my MLS search, include lead generation tools with analytics tracking, and be handed over with admin rights and a concise “how-to” sheet so I can manage ongoing updates.
If you’ve built real-estate pages before—especially for Texas markets—let me see your work. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right partner.
