Boberdoo Lead Tracking & Lead Audit

Job ID: 39955851

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

We track and audit marketing leads inside Boberdoo. At the moment, social media ads, paid campaigns, and some SEO work are all sending traffic my way, but the reporting is fragmented.

We’re looking for an experienced Boberdoo specialist to audit, optimize, and improve our lead routing and tracking systems. The goal is to identify why some leads are not matching, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and connect attribution data across platforms.

Scope of Work

1. Audit Unmatched Leads

Investigate why certain leads aren’t matching (e.g., partner settings, filters, ping/post setup).

Deliver a clear, detailed report outlining causes and recommended fixes.

2. Fix Routing & Configuration Issues

Review all campaign and ping/post configurations.

Correct routing or setup errors to ensure smooth lead flow.

3. Tracking Setup & Optimization

Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking of conversions and “no match” events.

Ensure all data flows properly into analytics and ad platforms.

4. Lead Event Tracking

Advise on (or implement) direct lead event triggers within Boberdoo’s form.

If needed, configure fallback tracking on the thank-you page.

5. Attribution & Performance Integration

Recommend or implement an attribution tool (e.g., Hyros) to connect Boberdoo sales with Meta Ads campaign data for full-funnel performance tracking.

Requirements

Must have a Freelancer VERIFIED ID and be ready to sign an NDA

Demonstrated experience working directly with Boberdoo

Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking

Strong debugging, analytical, and reporting skills
