I need a specialist who can step in, study what I’m already doing, and design a clear, integrated roadmap that widens my reach and turns casual scrollers into engaged followers.
You’ll begin with a diagnostic of my current presence—page analytics, post performance, ad history, and audience insights—then map that against the demographics I’m aiming for. From there, I want a channel-by-channel recommendation: which platforms (social, blog, email, or anything unconventional) make the most sense, what content formats thrive there, and the tone that will resonate.
Deliverables I expect:
• A concise situation analysis highlighting strengths, gaps, and quick wins.
• A multi-channel growth strategy that spells out messaging pillars, suggested formats (video, carousel, newsletter, etc.), posting rhythm, and KPIs.
• A 30-, 60-, and 90-day action plan prioritizing tasks with estimated hours, so my in-house team can execute without guesswork.
• A practical optimization checklist covering essentials such as on-page SEO tweaks, content calendar structure, and at least one interactive campaign idea we can launch fast.
