Anonymous Survey Tool Setup

I am running a research project and need a quick-turnaround consultation on selecting, configuring, and test-launching an online survey platform. All responses must remain fully anonymous, and the results will be presented in PowerPoint.

Scope
• Recommend the best survey software that can guarantee anonymity while exporting clean, quantitative datasets compatible with Excel or CSV.
• Build an example survey with multiple-choice questions only; I will provide the wording once the platform is chosen.
• Show me, via screen-share or clear step-by-step notes, how to export the numbers into ready-to-chart tables so I can drop them straight into PowerPoint.
• Advise on any settings or add-ons that streamline data cleaning and basic stats (e.g., response counts, percentages, simple cross-tabs).

Acceptance Criteria
1. A live survey link that records no identifying information.
2. An export demonstrating the quantitative output for at least three dummy responses.
3. A concise guide (or recorded walkthrough) showing export→PowerPoint workflow.

Experience with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms add-ons, or similar analytics-oriented platforms is ideal, but I am open to other options if they hit the anonymity and data-friendly requirements.
