Advanced Statistician for Survey Data Analysis

I'm seeking an expert statistician who can handle my pre and post-survey data, using Excel for its organization and analysis. The data are collected via Likert scales; thus, your expertise in managing this kind of data will be much appreciated.
Key Project Requirements:
1. Data Analysis - I am particularly interested in the Likert scale responses and a comprehensive pre- and post-survey comparison. I need a professional skilled in conducting normality testing, T-tests, ANOVA, and other tests to test for statistical significance and Correlation analyses on the data.
2. Visual Representation - Besides the data analysis, I also need the data-specific insights to be visually represented through Bar Charts, Pie Charts, and Line Graphs. This will bring out the data in a more understandable and impactful manner.
3. Explanation of the data analysis- Rationale for why that test was chosen for the data and how did you verified the accuracy of the data? Describe methods to draw inferences. How did you understand variations in data?
