Analog Circuit Troubleshooting & Report

Job ID: 40204239

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have an analog board on my bench that should be generating a clean output, yet the signal path is completely silent. I need a fresh set of expert eyes to pinpoint why there is no output at all and walk me through a reliable fix.

You will receive the full schematic (PDF and KiCad files) together with photos of the populated PCB and my previous test notes. I can run any additional measurements you request with my oscilloscope, multimeter or signal generator and share the captures in real time.

What I expect from you:
• A clear, methodical troubleshooting plan I can replicate step-by-step
• Guidance on specific test points, expected waveforms or voltage levels, and how to interpret each reading
• Root-cause identification and a concrete solution—whether that is a component swap, bias adjustment, layout correction, or another remedy you discover
• A concise technical note at the end summarising the fault, the diagnostic path, the corrective action and any preventive design tips for future revisions (think of it as the section I will paste into the project’s maintenance manual)

If you prefer to validate your hypothesis virtually before I lift a probe, feel free to run a quick SPICE simulation using LTspice or your favourite tool; I can supply netlists as needed.

Once the board produces the expected output and the brief report is in my inbox, the task is considered complete—simple and focused.
