A fully analog CVBS (over RCA) to VGA (over D-SUB) video converter PCB design. The device takes a yellow RCA cable as input, separates the sync, and picture, splits the sync signal into horizontal and vertical sync, turns the picture chroma and luma signals into RGB and sends all of it out through D-SUB. Device should output exactly the same timing and resolution as it was given, image quality is not a priority, but timing accuracy is. Should be flexible enough to support any resolution at any frequency passed through it, up to about 45khz and down to roughly 30khz. This process should be fully analog if possible, if digital solutions are needed, they must still comply with the above conditions.
