Tunable UWB LNA Design in ADS

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a full ADS design flow that faithfully recreates the ultra-wideband LNA shown in the PDF I have attached. The goal is to end up with a working, voltage-controlled tunable version of the circuit, complete with schematic, layout, and all supporting simulations.

Here is what I expect:
• Keysight ADS workspace containing the schematic, parameterised voltage-controlled tuning network, and EM-co-simulated layout ready for fabrication.
• Simulation reports showing S-parameters, gain, noise figure, stability factors, and input/output matching across the entire band defined in the paper.
• Clear notes on any component value changes you make, why they were made, and how the tuning voltage shifts the response.
• A short document explaining how to reproduce each plot so I can verify the results on my end.

If parts libraries or models used in the paper are no longer available, please propose modern equivalents inside ADS and justify the choice.

I will treat the job as finished once I can open your project, run the test benches without errors, and see results that line up with the figures in the PDF (± reasonable simulation tolerance).
