Tunable UWB LNA Design ADS

Job ID: 40141050

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a complete, simulation-ready design of a tunable ultrawideband low-noise amplifier that operates from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz. Advanced Design System (Keysight ADS) must be the primary environment, as I will be importing the workspace directly into my own licence when your files arrive.

The top priority is achieving the lowest possible noise figure across the full band while still maintaining useful gain and unconditional stability. Please incorporate a practical tuning method—varactors —so that I can trim performance after fabrication.

To make it easy for me to fabricate and test, I expect the following discrete deliverables:
• An ADS workspace containing the schematic, optimised layout and all simulation setups (S-parameters, noise, stability, large-signal if needed).
• A brief design report summarising device choices, biasing, matching strategy and predicted performance (NF, S11/S22, S21, K-factor) across 3.1-10.6 GHz.
• Touchstone files for final S-parameter and noise results.

I will consider the job complete once the simulations reproduce your stated figures on my end, the design is stable (K>1, |Δ|<1) throughout the band, and tuning elements show clear impact on NF and gain.

Let me know if you have preferred device libraries or need specific substrate details before starting.
